Especialista de Marketing – Panamá

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will design and execute integrated ATL and BTL strategies to boost brand visibility and market share in Panama. You will work closely with sales, product, and the regional headquarters to launch products, manage social media from scratch, and coordinate channel‑partner activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans (ATL + BTL) aligned with sales and product goals.
• Create and structure local social‑media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and define content strategies.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with KOLs and influencers.
• Support basic PR activities, coordinate with local media, and draft press releases.
• Coordinate offline marketing initiatives with channel partners, including POSM, store improvements, and point‑of‑sale campaigns.
• Allocate and monitor the local marketing budget (MDF, ATL, BTL) to maximize ROI.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, trends, and campaign performance for periodic reporting.
• Handle operational tasks such as basic translations, document management, supplier coordination, and payment flows.
• Work with local vendors for production of marketing materials and BTL project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in consumer electronics, security, technology or similar sectors.
• At least 2 years of experience in the technology industry.
• Proven ability to build social‑media channels from zero to launch.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills with sales, agencies, and channel partners.
• Fluent English for daily communication with headquarters and international suppliers.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Panama.
