Ejecutivo Técnico Comercial – B2B Sales

About the role

Liquid Rubber Panamá is seeking a Technical Commercial Executive to generate new B2B opportunities and market specialized paint, waterproofing, façade, and maintenance solutions. The role combines technical knowledge with strong sales acumen to serve corporate, industrial, PH, and hotel clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and visit potential clients to identify needs and create business opportunities.
• Coordinate proposals with the Costs and Projects teams.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close profitable sales.
• Track opportunities and activities in the CRM system, preferably Odoo.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that match client requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical B2B sales.
• Demonstrable knowledge of paint, waterproofing, and coating products.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and follow up on sales activities.
• Experience conducting commercial visits and acquiring new customers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Odoo experience is a plus.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Understanding of corporate, industrial, PH, or hotel markets.
