About the role

Join Banesco Panamá as a Sales Executive at the Chitre branch. You will be the driving force behind client acquisition and relationship building, turning everyday banking interactions into exceptional experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities across credit cards, loans (mortgage, personal, auto), insurance (life, home, auto) and bank accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, follow‑up and closing – both in‑branch and during strategic visits or trade fairs.
• Deliver prompt, empathetic customer service, handling inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Implement retention strategies to ensure long‑term client loyalty.
• Safeguard debit and credit card PINs with full responsibility and security.

Required profile

• Currently studying or graduated in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organization and planning abilities.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
