Ejecutivo de Relación Bancaria

About the role

The Relationship Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of banking clients, providing daily support, preparing commercial proposals, and ensuring smooth implementation of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to client inquiries regarding products, tariffs, services, and promotions on a daily basis.
• Prepare and present economic proposals, follow up on approvals, and coordinate required legal documentation.
• Manage requests for new products or service enhancements, gathering internal information from pricing, cost, and technical teams.
• Organize follow‑up meetings to review transaction statistics, product usage, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date product matrix and identify opportunities for upselling or service upgrades.
• Support the commercial campaigns by promoting new or improved offerings.
• Coordinate internal processes for contract renewals, new client onboarding, and due‑diligence activities.
• Apply retention plans for clients wishing to discontinue a product.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Commerce or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high‑profile client service and corporate portfolio management.
• Proven ability to segment clients and understand sales processes.
• Strong command of corporate presentations.
