About the role

The Ground Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and monitoring terrestrial shipments, ensuring smooth coordination among clients, providers, and carriers. The role requires a proactive, organized individual who can handle multiple operations simultaneously while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track ground shipments to Central America.
• Maintain communication between clients, freight agencies, carriers, and internal teams.
• Oversee the full cycle of terrestrial shipments, from booking to delivery.
• Prepare and verify transport documentation such as DUCA and Carta Porte.
• Support import and export processes when required.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics operations, especially ground shipments.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferably residing in the western area of Panama for easy access to Panama Pacific.

Required skills

• Knowledge of transport documentation (DUCA, Carta Porte).
• Familiarity with import and export procedures.
