Ejecutivo Comercial – Sales Hunter

About the role

We are looking for an outstanding Sales Hunter to join Encuentra24. The Commercial Executive will focus on consultative B2B sales, prospecting new opportunities and expanding our client portfolio across key verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients in strategic sectors such as real estate, automotive, services and classifieds.
• Contact decision‑makers using CRM, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business and email to schedule meetings.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts.
• Present tailored commercial solutions, negotiate proposals and secure contracts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Coordinate client onboarding with the Customer Service team to ensure a seamless experience.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of B2B sales and new‑business development experience (mandatory).
• Previous experience in marketplaces, digital platforms, SaaS or online services (preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM and digital prospecting tools (e.g., Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho).
• Comfortable making cold calls, sending prospecting messages and closing deals.
• Proactive, autonomous and results‑oriented.
