Ejecutivo B2B – Ventas Corporativas

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Executive to join our commercial team. The role focuses on generating new corporate business, strengthening existing client relationships, and promoting hotel services such as groups, events, accommodation, and other offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of companies.
• Spot opportunities for group bookings, events, lodging, and hotel services.
• Develop commercial agreements and strategic alliances.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms.
• Follow up with prospects and clients through to closure.
• Build long‑term relationships and ensure client loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to create and maintain commercial relationships.
• Proactive attitude, initiative, and a service‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and commercial activities.
