About the role

The position is responsible for commercialising specialised medical devices and supplies, creating business opportunities and maintaining relationships with hospitals, doctors and health professionals in both the public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full commercial cycle, including quotations, requisitions, purchase orders, sales follow‑up and collections.
• Participate in public tender processes and ensure all required documentation is prepared.
• Provide technical support during medical procedures and surgeries, including assistance in hemodynamic rooms and off‑hour support when needed.
• Coordinate the logistics of demos, implants and other materials, guaranteeing availability, transport, delivery and inventory tracking for assigned product lines.
• Deliver presentations, workshops and training sessions on products, and take part in national and international training programmes.
• Prepare commercial reports and manage data in Excel; travel within the country as required.

Required profile

• University studies related to health (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medicine or other health sciences) – preferred.
• Proven experience selling specialised medical devices or supplies to hospitals and public/private sector clients.
• Experience with public tenders, quotations, purchase orders and the hospital sales process.
• Intermediate technical proficiency in English.
• Own vehicle.

Required skills

• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, reporting, template management).
• Technical English proficiency.
