About the role

Distribuidora David is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Executive to join its Ford dealership in Panama City. You will guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process, ensuring a satisfying buying experience while meeting the company’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing the right Ford vehicle based on their needs and budget.
• Present product features, financing options, and promotional offers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the Ford model lineup and dealership inventory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives set by management.
• Document sales activities and follow up on leads in the dealership’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Completed high school education (Bachiller).
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
• Immediate start capability.
