Early Careers Internship – Global Logistics

About the role

Maersk is offering a hands‑on internship for university students who want to experience global logistics and business operations. You will support multiple departments, contribute to data‑driven process improvements, and gain exposure to a fast‑moving international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist various departments with day‑to‑day tasks and project work.
• Gather, clean, and analyse data to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct research and provide insights for ongoing initiatives.
• Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Support process‑optimization efforts across the business.
• Coordinate activities between teams to maintain workflow continuity.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability to changing situations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize effectively.
• Passion for global logistics and innovation.
• Formal approval from your educational institution to undertake the internship.
