About the role

We are looking for an English Teacher to promote language learning as a tool for personal and cultural development. The role focuses on strengthening reading, listening, speaking and writing skills through active, student‑centered methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate English classes following the program curriculum, using student‑centered methods and a variety of resources such as textbooks, digital books, test banks and videos.
• Develop and update annual program plans, semester programs and detailed lesson plans.
• Prepare students for integrative projects, standardized tests and certification exams.
• Maintain and update the academic platform as an educational resource.
• Support the department head and fellow teachers with administrative and educational tasks.
• Collaborate with the cultural centre team to organise programme‑related cultural activities.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Teaching degree or Bachelor’s in Languages with a teaching specialization.
• At least five years of experience in similar teaching or interpreting positions.
• Preferably a specialization in teaching adolescents or young adults (ESL).
• Knowledge of technology integration and differentiated instruction strategies.
• Fluency in English (certified) and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital educational resources.
• Ability to integrate technology into language instruction.
• Management of test banks and multimedia content for classroom use.
