About the role

OnDesign Panama is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visual assets for brands and companies. The role is full‑time, onsite in La Chorrera and involves collaborating with the creative and web development teams to deliver consistent branding across digital and print media.

Key responsibilities

• Design logos, visual identities, advertising material and content for social media, websites and printed collateral.
• Layout banners, brochures, presentations and other marketing pieces while respecting each client’s brand guidelines.
• Adapt designs to different formats and media, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to generate creative concepts.

Required profile

• Formal education in graphic design, visual communication or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrated through an up‑to‑date portfolio.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience designing logos, branding systems and editorial layouts.
• Knowledge of typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Basic skills in UI/UX design, image editing and video editing are valued.
