About the role

Fenómena Digital is looking for a creative graphic designer who can turn ideas into compelling visual assets for our clients. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring every piece not only looks great but also serves a clear communication purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop creative ideas from brief to final production across multiple formats and platforms.
• Design and produce visual assets that reinforce brand messages and stand on their own.
• Write or collaborate on copy that amplifies each concept and engages the target audience.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to translate their communication needs into creative solutions.
• Stay current with design trends, real‑time moments, and social‑media formats to keep brands relevant.
• Use the Adobe Creative Cloud suite as the primary tool for ideation, design, and production.
• Prepare and schedule creative assets and copy for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.

Required profile

• Highly creative, strategic, and organized with a strong understanding of why each piece is created.
• Ability to visualize concepts, develop them visually, and adapt them to various media.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for turning ideas into reality.
• Up‑to‑date with digital culture, social‑media trends, and brand relevance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager or similar tools to schedule and launch campaigns.
