About the role
Ana Luisa is seeking a hands‑on Director of Demand Planning to own demand and inventory planning across all sales channels, including e‑commerce, marketplaces, wholesale, department stores, and a growing network of retail stores. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape buying decisions, allocate inventory, and drive forecasting excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a rolling 12‑month demand forecast for all channels, combining statistical models with judgmental inputs.
- Lead the monthly S&OP process, aligning merchandising, sales, retail, operations, production, and finance.
- Prioritise and allocate constrained inventory, making data‑driven decisions on channel allocation.
- Own the annual inventory investment plan and open‑to‑buy, ensuring purchases stay within budget.
- Design and implement automated replenishment logic for a fast‑growing store fleet.
- Replace spreadsheet‑based planning with scalable models and automation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory allocation, or supply‑chain analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment and influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Hands‑on approach: capable of building models, automating processes, and executing purchase orders.
