About the role

López & Chiari Corporate Services is seeking an Executive Director to lead the operational management of its corporate services division. The role involves planning, monitoring, and delivering high‑quality services to Latin American families and entrepreneurs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and track division production, assign cases, set deadlines, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure every active file has a designated owner, a defined work plan, and a client‑committed delivery date.
• Coordinate the operations team—including lawyers, paralegals, compliance officers, and accountants—and guarantee timely, quality deliveries.
• Anticipate client regulatory deadlines and coordinate prompt technical team responses.
• Define and enforce quality standards for all work outputs.
• Document recurring procedures and keep them up‑to‑date.
• Guarantee invoicing without delay and prevent unbilled executed work.
• Design and implement annual service delivery protocols in partnership with senior partners.
• Provide the Managing Partner with a weekly management report covering agreed‑upon performance indicators.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience leading teams in professional services firms such as consulting, corporate or fiduciary services, accounting or audit firms.
• Familiarity with Panama’s regulatory environment (KYC, due diligence, economic substance, resident agent services).
• Fluent oral and written Spanish and English.
• Strong ability to use case‑management or project‑management systems and operational tracking tools.

What we offer

• Fixed salary of USD 4,000 per month.
