About the role

The institution seeks a high‑profile professional to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of its credit financing portfolio. This senior position oversees settlement, collateral management, and continuous portfolio maintenance while ensuring strict adherence to corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Command and audit the full credit facility settlement cycle, collateral handling and portfolio upkeep.
• Validate the accuracy and reconciliation of data reported to banking supervisory authorities.
• Serve as the ultimate authority for reviewing and approving portfolio‑related transactions, including disbursements and third‑party instructions.
• Lead design and implementation of automation projects to reduce manual effort and boost departmental efficiency.
• Act as the primary liaison during auditor and regulator reviews, providing evidence and regulatory justification for all operations.
• Train business units on updates to risk policies, granting procedures and control mechanisms.

Required profile

• University degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least five years of experience managing the complete credit operations cycle and portfolio administration.
• Proven leadership of teams and demonstrated ability to drive process improvement.
• Experience directing technology or continuous‑improvement projects is a plus.
