Digital Insurance Project Manager (Fully Remote)

About the role

As a Digital Insurance Project Manager at CoverGo, you will lead the implementation of new and existing projects within the company's operations, driving transformative initiatives in the insurtech industry.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff.
• Support solution proposals, proposals, and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Participate in proposal and POC processes, including design, submission, and review.
• Create contracts and communicate with clients.
• Identify and secure growth opportunities for existing clients.
• Manage project progress, adapt work as required, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Host regular project reviews and produce reports with key metrics.
• Oversee all project documentation and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Continuously optimize processes and overall project approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field (a plus).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance domain; insurance knowledge is mandatory.
• Strong client‑facing experience.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Must be based in Panama.
