Cyber Security Incident Response Analyst – Panama City

About the role

Signify is looking for a Cyber Security Incident Response Analyst to join its team in Panama City. You will lead investigations, monitor operational technology (OT) environments and help protect critical infrastructure from cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support incident investigations, working with cross‑functional teams to achieve stable resolutions.
• Monitor, analyze and respond to security events across OT environments (ICS/SCADA) and participate in an on‑call rotation.
• Partner with Engineering, Security and Operations teams to contain risks and ensure business continuity.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of OT security monitoring tools and processes.
• Document incidents, lessons learned and technical procedures to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, including incident response.
• Experience with one or more EDR platforms (e.g., Cybereason, CrowdStrike, Microsoft E5, Azure Sentinel, Carbon Black).
• Familiarity with Microsoft platforms such as Windows, Office 365, Teams and Azure.
• Strong understanding of cyber threats, attack techniques, security technologies and malware investigation.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Panama City.
