Customer Service Representative – Weekends & Evening Shifts

About the role

Circle Logistics is seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service Representative to join its Panama City team. The role focuses on supporting account managers and ensuring shipments move smoothly from pickup to delivery in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter new shipment orders and keep load information accurate.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers.
• Track and trace shipments to help guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Conduct check‑calls with drivers and document shipment updates.
• Assist drivers with MacroPoint tracking.
• Maintain and collect required shipment paperwork.
• Help resolve billing discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
• Communicate important shipment details and escalate freight‑related issues when needed.
• Support account managers with day‑to‑day customer operations.

Required profile

• Advanced English – spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, logistics, freight brokerage, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and afternoon/night shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MacroPoint tracking platform.
