Customer Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Customer Marketing Supervisor for Retail in Central America will shape and execute communication and trade‑marketing strategies that drive sales growth, strengthen brand equity, and improve channel performance across the region. Working closely with sales teams, distributors and key customers, you will translate brand objectives into market‑ready initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch communication and trade‑marketing plans aligned with business and brand goals.
• Lead promotional campaigns, activations and commercial initiatives to boost sales.
• Partner with sales, distributors and customers to ensure flawless in‑market execution.
• Design point‑of‑sale materials, merchandising standards and visibility programs.
• Analyse market trends, shopper insights, scan data and sales results to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage trade‑marketing budgets and evaluate ROI of initiatives.
• Support product launches and category growth across markets.
• Create tools, guidelines and materials that enable sales teams to improve customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 5‑7 years of experience in trade marketing, sales or customer marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven experience working with distributors and delivering commercial execution excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI‑focused programs.
