Credit Advisor – Door-to-Door (Tocumen, Panama)

About the role

The Credit Advisor will work directly with micro‑business owners in the Tocumen area, providing personalized financial guidance and promoting our micro‑finance credit products. This is a field‑based position that requires traveling door‑to‑door to identify client needs and match them with suitable loan solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing clients in the field to assess their financing needs.
• Explain and promote the company’s micro‑finance credit products.
• Collect necessary documentation and submit loan applications.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow‑up activities.
• Achieve monthly outreach and sales targets set by management.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, disciplined and customer‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors.
• Permanent residence in Panama or surrounding areas.
• Own a vehicle or motorcycle for field work.
