Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent

About the role

The Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent will oversee international travel and relocation arrangements for employees and clients, ensuring smooth logistics, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. This fully remote position supports global operations and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external providers.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel services including flights, accommodations, transportation, insurance, and related services.
• Prepare cost projections, manage expense reporting, and reconcile travel expenditures.
• Analyze and improve travel and mobility processes to identify efficiency and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of international travel regulations, visa requirements, and government policies.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate relocation logistics with external agencies and providers.
• Document, maintain, and continuously improve operational procedures.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience managing corporate travel operations.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in end‑to‑end travel planning.
• Familiarity with international travel regulations, visas, and mobility requirements.
• Strong communication skills to build professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Good level of English.
