Mendoza, Arias, Valle & Castillo is seeking an experienced Corporate & Real Estate Lawyer to join our team in Panama City. The successful candidate will handle corporate, commercial, and real estate matters for sophisticated local and international clients, delivering high‑quality transactions in a collaborative professional environment. The firm offers the opportunity to work on high‑value matters while supporting both local and cross‑border clients.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong corporate, commercial, and/or real estate background
- Licensed to practice law in Panama
- Ability to work directly with sophisticated local and international clients
Required skills
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical judgment and client‑service skills
