About the role

Krill Energy is seeking an Operations Coordinator for Panama and Central America. The role involves overseeing daily operations linked to energy projects, warehouse activities, and client services, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational tasks for projects, warehouse, and services.
• Monitor execution of essential energy solutions, guaranteeing deadlines, quality, and budget compliance.
• Manage operational documentation and support administrative tasks related to contracts and orders.
• Facilitate communication between technical, commercial, client, and supplier teams.
• Ensure agile and effective service to customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Strong analytical aptitude for interpreting operational data and preparing reports.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management and project coordination.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on efficient problem resolution.
• Ability to handle administrative assistance, documentation, agenda control, and office tools.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
