About the role

The Marketing and Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, managing and executing events, activations and brand experiences for Cubitt Panamá and Cubitt Studio Café. The role works closely with the Marketing Manager to turn commercial and brand objectives into actionable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Participate with the Marketing Manager in the strategic conceptualisation of events, activations, productions and brand experiences.
• Translate objectives such as product launches, traffic generation, brand positioning, sales boost, loyalty programmes, seasonal campaigns or content production into concrete execution needs.
• Develop operational plans including timelines, requirements, suppliers, materials, budgets and key dates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date checklists, schedules and risk assessments, and coordinate follow‑up meetings.
• Keep an accurate inventory of products, furniture, props, promotional materials and other marketing resources.
• Control the flow of materials in and out of storage, ensuring proper classification and availability for each project.
• Support the planning and execution of photo, video and content productions, coordinating locations, props, wardrobe, equipment and talent.

Required profile

• Proven ability to coordinate, manage and execute events, activations and brand experiences.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in resource and inventory management.
• Experience working closely with marketing leadership to align activities with commercial goals.
