About the role

The Construction Quality Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the correct implementation, monitoring and control of the quality management system on construction sites, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications, regulations and project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and follow up the project Quality Plan.
• Supervise material inspections and testing.
• Verify compliance with approved technical specifications and drawings.
• Manage non‑conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with laboratories, supervision teams, clients and on‑site personnel.
• Control quality documentation and ensure traceability of materials and construction processes.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Support the project from early stages, ensuring smooth transition from design to construction.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (with appropriate professional qualification).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or assurance on building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and material testing standards.
• Experience handling quality plans and technical documentation.
• Detail‑oriented with strong control mindset.
• Experience in design‑build projects and integrated project delivery.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work with AutoCAD drawings.
