Consumer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Consumer Marketing Manager will lead the regional execution of one of Nestlé CARCAM's key brands, ensuring a consistent consumer experience aligned with the brand’s strategy and essence. This role drives sustainable business growth through effective marketing initiatives, budget optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the annual 360° campaign calendar, guaranteeing consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
• Coordinate marketing strategies that align with business objectives and category priorities.
• Analyze campaign performance, market indicators, sell‑out data, market share, and ROI to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient investment aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead multifunctional planning, monitoring, and evaluation of regional strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Digital, Insights, and external agencies for flawless execution.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate brand growth through innovation, communication, and commercial activations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in Consumer Marketing, Brand Management or Marketing Strategy within FMCG.
• Track record of leading regional or global brands.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, media, communication campaigns and influencer initiatives.
• Experience managing budgets and analyzing commercial and marketing KPIs.
• Ability to lead complex projects and influence teams without direct authority.
• Experience working with multiple countries and regional stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency (essential).
• Excellent planning, organization, strategic thinking and ownership skills.
