Community, Copy & Design Specialist LATAM

About the role

Cochlear is seeking a Community, Copy & Design Specialist to lead social media execution across Latin America. Based in Panama, you will create, localize, and manage content that aligns with global campaigns while reflecting regional cultural nuances and audience needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content across multiple platforms for the LATAM market.
• Localize global campaigns, adapting tone and visuals for each country.
• Manage community interactions and ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee the performance of Cochlear’s social media agency in Brazil.
• Produce visual assets and copy that resonate with local audiences.
• Track analytics, generate reports, and optimize content based on performance data.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proven copywriting ability with adaptable tone for diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies and delivering creative assets across multiple markets.
• Familiarity with healthcare or highly regulated industries is a plus.
