About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Commercial Executive to join our freight forwarding team in Panama. You will be responsible for managing an existing client portfolio while actively prospecting new business opportunities in import and export logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow your own portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Prospect and acquire new customers for air, sea, and land transportation services.
- Sell complementary services such as customs clearance and nationalization.
- Achieve assigned sales budgets and profit targets.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or cargo agencies.
- Own an active client portfolio in the logistics sector.
- Strong result orientation, self‑management, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
