Collections Call Center Agent (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Collections Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team in a full‑time, on‑site position. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to recover overdue payments for loans, credit cards, and other banking products while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone to negotiate repayment plans and collect outstanding debts.
• Verify customer information and update account details in the system.
• Handle difficult conversations professionally, adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain detailed call logs.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) – will be tested.
• Proven experience in a collections call‑center environment, preferably handling loans, credit cards, or banking campaigns.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid work permit for the country of employment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
