Cluster General Manager – Central America

About the role

We are seeking a Cluster General Manager for Central America to lead our strategic growth across the region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute the company’s vision, ensuring profitability and operational excellence in our aviation and culinary services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to regional executives and stakeholders.
• Set and align company goals with regional business lines.
• Develop long‑term and short‑term objectives for the cluster.
• Advise the board and chairperson on market and industry trends.
• Plan cost‑effective business strategies and new growth ideas.
• Oversee performance management and implement operating plans.
• Communicate reports and achievements to executives and partners.
• Manage financial investments, business ventures and cash‑flow processes.
• Lead and motivate a high‑performing team, supervising managers and supervisors.
• Ensure bottom‑line profitability and support collections as needed.

• Proven experience in senior leadership within a multi‑national environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record of driving profitability and operational efficiency.
