Business Development Representative - Structured Finance

About the role

The Business Development Representative – Structured Finance will join Caterpillar’s Customer Value Solutions & Engagement team within the newly formed Construction Industries division. You will work across multiple regions to help customers design, customize and adopt structured finance solutions that complement Caterpillar’s equipment, services and digital offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers and dealers to identify financing needs and propose tailored structured finance solutions.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities across Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan) and Latin America.
• Collaborate with internal product, finance and digital teams to create integrated proposals that combine equipment, rental, used‑equipment and financing options.
• Support the sales process from qualification through contract negotiation and hand‑over to implementation teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
