Business Development Executive – Telecom Sales in Latin America

About the role

China Mobile International is looking for a Business Development Executive to expand its telecom construction projects across the Latin American region. You will be responsible for building a local ecosystem, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales growth for the world’s largest telecom operator.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by prospecting and securing new business opportunities in the region.
• Establish and maintain responsive relationships with customers and partners, handling issues such as problem reporting, service modification, and billing.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and explore new customer segments.
• Coordinate internally and externally to close deals and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collect market intelligence and help localize China Mobile’s products and services.
• Lead capability‑building initiatives within the region.
• Travel frequently to customer sites, events, and business meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile telecom sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of international telecom market trends and technology.
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to changing customer requirements, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and cultural adaptability.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
