Brand Presence & Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Presence & Community Manager to shape how we appear on our own channels and within the online communities where our audience gathers. You will work closely with our creative team and paid‑ads specialist to ensure a consistent, authentic voice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish on‑brand content (posts, stories, reels) across owned channels.
• Design visuals for that content using graphics tools and templates.
• Respond to comments and direct messages with a warm, human tone.
• Engage in Reddit, Facebook groups, Quora and Threads to build genuine visibility.
• Convert community conversations into leads and backlinks without sounding scripted.
• Maintain a unified content calendar covering owned and community activities.
• Synchronise messaging with the paid‑ads specialist.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in social media or community management.
• Comfortable designing with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar tools.
• Excellent written English and a natural, unscripted online voice.
• Based in Panama and able to work one day per week in the office.
• Bonus: basic knowledge of SEO/AEO or storytelling in creative fields.
• Plus: exposure to paid advertising or a strong curiosity to learn it.
