Bilingual Executive Assistant (Relocation Specialist)

About the role

Humanet is seeking a bilingual executive assistant who will act as a relocation specialist for local and international clients. The role is highly service‑oriented, requiring strong organization, coordination of multiple requests, and proactive follow‑up throughout every stage of the relocation, immigration and legal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized support and continuous follow‑up to local and international clients.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, schedules and external errands based on client and case requirements.
• Manage documents, case files, communications, reports and supporting records.
• Follow up on administrative, legal, immigration and relocation‑related processes to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate delivery, collection, filing or submission of documents with clients, providers, attorneys and institutions.
• Prepare progress, case‑closing and follow‑up reports and maintain organized case documentation.

Required profile

• University degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Law, International Relations or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, executive or administrative assistance, legal or immigration services.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Availability to complete external errands when required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
