About the role
As a Banking Advisor in Private Wealth you will work with a team of Private Bankers to proactively manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients. You will provide analysis, research and sales support to identify new banking opportunities and grow existing relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of Private Wealth clients through analysis, research and service fulfilment.
- Identify and pursue additional banking opportunities for new and existing clients.
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence and build positive stakeholder relationships.
- Market the full range of financial services solutions offered by the business.
- Manage the leads pipeline and support profit growth.
- Develop collaborative relationships across the FRG and provide efficient administration through planning, reporting and data updates.
- Deliver high‑quality, proactive service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Act responsibly with resources to support cost containment.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements.
- Achieve financial targets and maintain service level standards.
Required profile
- RE5 Certificate with a NQF7 level degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales or service role within a financial environment.
- Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.
