B737 First Officer – Airline Pilot

About the role

Copa Airlines is seeking B737 First Officers to join its modern fleet and support safe, reliable operations across the Americas. As a First Officer, you will work closely with the Captain to operate the aircraft in compliance with all aviation regulations and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Captain in safely operating the B737 aircraft.
• Ensure compliance with local and international aviation regulations.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Valid Commercial Pilot License.
• Current unrestricted First‑Class Medical Certificate.
• Multiengine and Instrument Rating.
• Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5.
• For Panamanian applicants: at least 250 total flight hours in fixed‑wing aircraft.
• For foreign applicants: at least 1,000 total flight hours in fixed‑wing aircraft.
• A valid tourism visa for the United States.
