B2B Sales Agent – US Market (On‑site in Panama)

About the role

Join a premium cigar brand that is part of an international group and become the B2B Sales Agent responsible for driving sales in the United States market from an on‑site location in Panama.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 60 outbound calls per day to cigar shops, tobacco retailers, and wholesalers across the United States.
• Contact owners and buyers to present the brand and product portfolio.
• Prospect, qualify potential customers and handle objections confidently.
• Arrange product samples and follow up until the first order is placed.
• Build long‑term business relationships and develop recurring customers.
• Record calls, opportunities, agreements, and follow‑ups in HubSpot CRM.
• Follow up with customers by phone, email and WhatsApp Business.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum C1 English proficiency (C2 or native preferred).
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Minimum 1 year of outbound/cold‑calling experience.
• Proven ability to turn unexpected calls into sales or next steps.
• Stable employment history and an extroverted, confident personality.
• Resilience, strong results orientation and willingness to work 100 % on‑site.
