B2B Sales Agent – US Market (On-site, Panama)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Agent to promote a premium cigar brand in the United States market, based in Panama. The role involves high‑volume outbound calling, prospecting, and building long‑term relationships with cigar shops and wholesalers.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 60 outbound calls daily to cigar shops, tobacco retailers, and wholesalers across the United States.
• Present the brand and product portfolio to owners and buyers, arrange product samples and follow up until the first order.
• Prospect, qualify potential customers, handle objections, and record all activities in HubSpot CRM.
• Maintain ongoing communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp Business and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum C1 English proficiency (C2 or native preferred) and interview conducted entirely in English.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong focus on outbound/cold‑calling and a minimum of 1 year of cold‑calling experience.
• Employment stability of at least 12 months per employer and authorized to work in Panama.
• Extroverted, resilient, target‑oriented personality capable of handling rejection.

Required skills

• Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM/dialer platforms (JustCall, Aircall).
• Familiarity with Shopify for product management.
