Associate Director, Commercial – Central America & Caribbean

About the role

The Associate Director, Commercial CENCA will lead the commercial strategy for Organon across Central America and the Caribbean. You will manage distributor relationships, drive market competitiveness, and ensure alignment with Organon's regional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with distributors and partners, ensuring alignment with Organon objectives.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies and pricing plans tailored to CENCA markets.
• Oversee contract compliance, legal updates, and ensure all agreements are current.
• Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams for accuracy.
• Drive business support activities such as billing, credit notes, promotional approvals, training, and OTC processes.
• Conduct operational reviews with partners, regulators, supply chain, quality, and marketing.
• Prepare and present business reviews to senior management with clear insights.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and provide proactive visibility on supply issues.
• Ensure partner compliance with Organon Code of Conduct and conduct required due‑diligence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience across multiple countries, especially in Central America & the Caribbean.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
