About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position supports the day‑to‑day operations of a hotel in Panama City. Working in rotational shifts, the assistant ensures smooth communication between departments and helps the operations management team execute plans efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with operational planning and execution across all hotel areas.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address guest issues promptly.
• Support the operations management team with reporting, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
• Facilitate clear communication between front‑office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments.
• Help resolve operational problems and implement improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in operations and operations management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Proven experience in customer service, focused on delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) and Spanish.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, flexible environment.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with hotel management software (any platform).
