About the role

PROYECO is seeking a motivated Construction Assistant to join its team in Portobelo, Panama. The role supports the execution of engineering and infrastructure projects by ensuring smooth coordination across work fronts and maintaining project momentum.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the overall execution of construction projects.
• Consolidate technical information and coordinate the various work fronts.
• Calculate, track, and anticipate material requirements, identifying potential deviations early.
• Support the project team in maintaining schedules and quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or infrastructure project coordination and supervision.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
