About the role
We are looking for a professional to support our commercial agreements function, focusing on accounts payable and high‑volume invoicing. The role requires strong analytical abilities and intermediate Excel skills to manage large data sets efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions.
- Handle large volumes of billing data with accuracy.
- Perform data analysis to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure timely follow‑up on outstanding items.
- Provide internal customer service and support to other departments.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and follow‑up capabilities.
- Knowledge of accounts payable and reconciliation procedures.
- Effective communication and internal client service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
- Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or a related field.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
