Asistente comercial – soporte al área de ventas

About the role

The Commercial Assistant provides essential support to the sales department and commercial management, ensuring fast, professional service to clients, tracking sales opportunities, and handling administrative tasks related to sales.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and client inquiries.
• Prepare and send quotations.
• Follow up on quotations and client requests.
• Record and update client and prospect information.
• Schedule appointments, meetings and commercial visits.
• Assist the sales team with daily activities.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor performance indicators.
• Maintain an organized commercial filing system.
• Track orders, invoicing, payments and deliveries.
• Coordinate with administration, logistics, accounting and other departments.
• Provide post‑sale follow‑up.
• Identify commercial opportunities and refer them to the appropriate salesperson.
• Support commercial strategy development.

Required profile

• Complete high school; preferably a university student or graduate in Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce or related fields.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, administrative assistance or commercial support.
• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Availability to work onsite and travel within Panama and other regions of the country.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Email handling.
• WhatsApp Business.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with billing or administrative software.
