About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to drive effective sales of white‑goods, appliances, electronics and related products while ensuring the final customer’s satisfaction. The role involves processing each sale according to company policies and achieving set commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of white‑goods, appliances and electronic items in a retail environment.
• Process transactions following company procedures and documentation standards.
• Meet or exceed the sales quota established for the store.
• Identify potential customers, present solutions tailored to their needs, and close sales.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) completed.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales.
• Basic proficiency with mobile apps and tablet devices.
• Availability to work rotating shifts in a shopping‑center environment.
• Excellent communication skills, courteous and respectful attitude.
• Goal‑oriented mindset focused on achieving sales targets.
