Asesor Comercial Corporativo – Panama City

About the role

The company is seeking a Corporate Commercial Advisor to drive sales of its training and consulting platforms in the Panamanian market. The role focuses on identifying, developing and closing B2B opportunities with corporate clients, particularly in the financial, corporate and insurance sectors. The position is based onsite in Panama City and will work closely with a multinational team of consultants and instructors to align sales strategies with the company’s innovative training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities for software and SaaS solutions.
• Conduct consultative sales meetings, present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Coordinate with internal consulting and training teams to customize solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demos.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a corporate sales advisor or in a similar B2B role.
• Proven track record of generating and closing deals in the technology or SaaS sector.
• Strong network of contacts in financial, corporate or insurance industries.
• Experience in consultative B2B sales methodology.
• Ability to work independently and within a cross‑functional team.
• Fluency in Spanish required; English preferred.
