About the role

Enel Panamá is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst to lead key billing processes, monthly closing provisions, and financial reporting within the dynamic electricity market. The role combines rigorous financial analysis with operational excellence to support commercial transactions and maximize company performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preliminary and final billing for client portfolios and market agents in the Spot market.
• Manage reconciliations of transactions in the Regional Electricity Market (MER) and reserve contracts.
• Collect historical consumption data for compensations and provide post‑sale support to clients regarding settlements.
• Prepare and verify monthly settlements with counterparties using operator data.
• Register and manage supplier invoices for the department.
• Perform month‑end closing provisions for group entities.
• Produce financial and managerial reports, update management dashboards, and monitor variable margins.
• Support due‑diligence of electricity market transactions to maximize revenue and minimize costs and risks.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with a strong passion for financial analysis and billing management.
• Experience in the electricity or energy market is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment and deliver accurate, timely results.
