About the role

The Junior Customer Experience Analyst will support the management of client experience and the execution of corporate communication initiatives. The role requires an organized, proactive individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and follow up with clients.
• Register, manage, and resolve complaints, claims, and incidents through the Zoho CRM.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely case resolution.
• Monitor compliance with customer service protocols and analyze satisfaction indicators.
• Prepare periodic reports on client experience and track improvement actions.
• Draft client‑focused communications and assist with corporate messaging.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms.
• Maintain website content and coordinate with designers and external providers for corporate materials.
• Support marketing campaigns, brand positioning initiatives, and corporate events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer experience, communications, marketing or similar roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proactive follow‑up.

Required skills

• Experience with Zoho CRM.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Social media management.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
