About the role

We are a digital solutions company operating in ten Latin American countries, looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team. The analyst will provide first‑line technical assistance, install operating systems, and maintain structured cabling to ensure smooth daily operations for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure operating systems on workstations.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and manage structured cabling infrastructure.
• Deliver first‑line technical support for system‑related problems.
• Apply advanced knowledge of networking to resolve connectivity issues.

Required profile

• Technical or technologist background, or a student in systems, telecommunications or related fields.
• At least one year of hands‑on experience with OS installation, user support, structured cabling and network troubleshooting.

• Operating system installation and configuration.
