About the role

The Integrated Management System Analyst will manage, analyze and optimise the organisation's processes by applying continuous‑improvement methodologies. The role ensures compliance with the Integrated Management System standards, supporting operational efficiency, safety and environmental performance. Work is performed onsite at Credicorp Tower, Panama City, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm with occasional Saturdays as required.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, document and review organisational processes to guarantee effectiveness and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop, update and control procedures, work instructions and records for all processes.
• Define performance indicators and measure results for key processes.
• Spot improvement opportunities within the SIG and support planning and implementation of improvement actions.
• Implement continuous‑improvement programmes (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, root‑cause analysis).
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all processes.
• Participate in internal and external audits of the Integrated Management System.
• Execute action plans derived from non‑conformities, audits and indicators.
• Support monitoring of legal and regulatory requirements related to safety, occupational health and environment (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Assist in preparing and delivering trainings, awareness campaigns and induction sessions on SIG topics.
• Provide operational support and guidance to areas regarding SIG procedures and regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Internal auditor training for ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Course or diploma in continuous‑improvement tools: Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process management or management systems (mandatory).
• Proven experience in implementing or maintaining ISO 9001 certification (mandatory).
• Availability to work onsite at Credicorp Tower, Panama City.
